How I Work

I work psychodynamically which means that I think about how early life experiences and patterns of thinking can help us to better understand current thoughts, feelings and behaviour. By providing a non-judgemental space where these thoughts and feelings can be explored, self-awareness can develop which then allows the opportunity for change. Free phone consultation.

Main areas of work

I work with young people from 11-25yrs old. Adolescence is a time of significant transition, where issues around identity, separation and loss can cause anxiety and confusion. These worries and anxieties manifest in a variety of different ways, which will differ for each individual.

Training / Qualifications

MSc in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy with Children and Adolescents, Birkbeck University of London.
